I am having the same problem. Installed PAS 4.0.1, since then Aperture will crash at splash screen. I tried re-installing Aperture and 10.4.10 Combo Update with no success.

Is there a way to uninstall 4.0.1? I am finding other applications are also crashing when I try to use them.
