Significance of 9:42?

While you're @ it ponder why the iPhone almost always has 9 unread Emails, 2 missed calls and 1 unread text in their ads.

Coincidence... or just things that happen to be the same? One will never know!

I can tell you one thing though:

Whoever was making those ads for the iPhone probably wasn't using the iPhone much what w/ all the missed calls, unread emails/text messages, etc...

After inspecting the keynote further I can confirm 9:42 is the exact time the iPhone was introduced to the public.

This theory is very doubtful since even the Demo iPhone in the SF 2007 keynote address by SJ has a functioning clock.
