Controlling MED from Logic

Allo,

I'm trying to set up Logic Express to controll a programme called OcataMED Soundstudio on my Amiga A1200.
(Strange, I know...)

So far, I've created an environment instrument called "A1200" and assigned it MIDI channel 16, which I've also set as Octamed's input channel, though I'm guessing this was a mistake as it isn't working.

I have Midi Active, Input Active and Ext Sync all ticked in MED.

I can also control instrument direct from both Logic and MED.

Anyone know how to do something like this?

iBook G4, 1.33gHz, 768 MB, running LE 7.1.1. M-Audio Ozone., Amiga1 G4; Pegasos G3, WinXP box & A1200 all still in occassional use.

@noeqplease:

Sorry for the ridiculous delay in responding - been away from Logic lately:

So which one is it? You CAN or you CANNOT control the MED?

Cannot.

Is the MIDI controller on the "amiga" rceiving Midi, and working,

I can control it from other devices, i.e. digital multitrackers, but not from Logic.

Dazed and Confused

Likewise.
