Author of "Here's to the Crazy Ones"

Sorry to post a question like this in the Tiger forum, but I really need an answer to this question. I wish there was a general "apple question" forum so people can ask questions like this one here:
Who is the official author of the poem from the Think Different Ad campaign, "Here's to the Crazy Ones"? I cannot decide between Steve Jobs or Apple Computer Inc.
I am pretty sure that somebody had to write this, but I am unsure if it was a group of people rather than just one person. I have been all over the web trying to find an answer to this. Please do not send me links to other site, as I have searched a lot trying to find an official answer. If you really do know for a fact, please share. Thank you very much!
