Bluetooth vs USB wireless mice- Battery drain

Which will drain the battery faster? A bluetooth mouse or a wireless mouse using a USB key? I'm assuming the USB dongles that come with most mobile mice probably drain less energy than Bluetooth, but I'm not sure.

Thoughts?

yea ur right, at least it's true for Apple's bluetooth mouse --the Mighty Mouse.
I have had mine for around 3 months, and guess what, i have used 3 pairs of AA lithium batteries! And my bro has a Toshiba laptop with a Microsoft USB wireless mouse, it take only 1 AA battery and he says that can last at least half a year....
Although the Mighty mouse is beautiful and simple, it really eats battery like a greedy RAT...

So, my solution is to buy a set of rechargeable batteries with charger ^^ (that cost about $27...) . Yup, if u dont mind the little USB plugged in ur Mac USB mouse is better for u, but if u like Apple's design, then buy rechargeables with it,

hope that helps~
