Moving music from one computer to another

Hey,

I'm sorry if this has already been addressed. I have an iTunes with tons of music on it already at work (Windows), but I need to move it to my computer at home. I have misplaced my iPod, so I can't do it that way (oops :P). Anyway, I can't burn it to a CD, because the work computer does not have a CD burner. I do have a big thumb drive (flash drive), so my question is that is it possible to download the music to my flash drive and then move it to my computer at home? If so, what are the steps to doing this?

If you need to know, the computer at work has Windows XP, and the computer at home has Windows 2000.

Also, would it be possible to move it onto my Mac at home as well as the Windows one? The Mac is OS X.

Thanks so much,
Liz
