Hang with GetWindowText windows API call and Outlook iTunes Sync Addin

I am a developer and the users of my application encounter a hang when they install and use the Outlook iTunes Sync Addin. After much troubleshooting I determined that the problem occurs during a findwindow loop, more specifically on a call to GetWindowText on a window that has a class name of OutlookAcctMgrNotificationWindow. The call to GetWindowText hangs and never returns. I would normally assume this to be a microsoft issue, but this hang only ocurrs when the Outlook iTunes Sync Addin is loaded. Could not find an email address for Apple Support (Whats up with that?) so I'm posting to the forum in the hopes that this form (unlike Microsoft forums) are actually read by Apple support personel.
