Ahhh! Okay, i found your other post prior to finding this one. This post has what we needed to know.

First try heading into your Add/Remove Programs control panel, and uninstalling "Apple Software Update".

If it uninstalls, reboot the PC and try another itunes install.

If it doesn't uninstall, what error messages do you get when you try to uninstall Apple Software Update from Add/Remove?

+I have tried to uninstall Apple Software update but it said "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable"+

🙂 Thank you kindly.

Download and Install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. Run the utility, find "Apple Software Update" in the list of programs in CleanUp, select the "Apple Software Update" entry, and click "Remove".

Description of the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility

Next, we’ll manually remove leftover program files and folders.

1. On the Start menu, click My Computer (or double-click My Computer on the Desktop).

2. In My Computer, open Local Disk.

3. Open Program Files.

4. Right-click on the Apple Software Update folder and click Delete from the shortcut menu.

Restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly now we've got the old version of ASU scraped away?

Reboot the PC again, and try launching iTunes again. If you get that same message on launch this time around, let's first check to see if this is associated with a problem with your QuickTime. (iTunes needs a properly functioning QuickTime in order to work correctly.)

try launching your QuickTime. does it:

(a) launch perfectly fine?

(b) fail to launch with an error message? (if so, what does it say?)

(c) exhibit other peculiar behavior? (if so, could you describe it for us?)

EDIT: ahh, I see you found that one for yourself already. (Your last post wasn't showing for me when i made this reply, initially.) Nicely done!
