BPM Calculator Gadget/Widget/Program?

On the Mac, there are a couple of free Dashboard Widgets available, that enable you to easily calculate and assign the appropriate BPM (Tempo) to the currently playing track in iTunes. I was wondering, is there anything similar available for Windows on PCs?

I don't think Windows has widgets. Unless Vista has this as a new feature. My computer can't handle Vista so I have never looked.

As far as widgets are concerned, AFAIK the Yahoo Widget Engine - Konfabulator - is the most popular source of widgets for Windows XP. A search of their widget gallery turns up these two which may be of interest to you.
