Templates
all of my templates are in what I think is Latin. I have set my OS X language to English, so why are all of my templates in a different language? And can I change this?

You're right. They are in Latin. And they're supposed to be that way, regardless of what language you use. The Latin text is just an indication of where your actual text will go, and how it will look. For a complete explanation, read this.
