Mouse Pen for Mac?

I'm thinking of downgrading from a Graphire tablet to something a little less bulky... I'm not an artist, but sometimes I use the tablet for handwriting and other stuff. I don't need the pressure sensitivity of the tablet, etc.

Anyways... I was looking for a good, as cheap as possible, wireless (preferably bluetooth) mouse in a "pen-style" that I could still use to write. I've seen a few things for Windows, but can't seem to find many quality looking products for Mac... anyone know of one?
