can't change credit card details

I need to change my payment type as my credit card was lost and reissued under a different number but very time i do it it reverts to the old number. Any ideas?

Mourneuk,

This is the iTunes Store Credit Card support page:

If you have tried all the suggestions, there is a form at the bottom to submit a support request to the iTunes Store. They will respond by email, usually within 24-48 hours.
