Color shift when burning QT rotated avi

I have several avi videos taken on a Canon in portrait. I upgraded QT so I could rotate them and they saved as mov files. Everything looked fine so I burned a DVD in iDVD with those and other mov's & avi's. But on the DVD, the rotated clips had color shift - blue turned red, pool water turned yellow.

How do I fix this?

I am having the same problem and I haven't rotated the avi files. ( I did upgrade also for the same reason.) Everything looks great until I play the DVD on my TV. I have made two DVD's and the movies on both turned very blue. The first one was indoors so I thought that was the problem but the latest was at Venice Beach in full daylight. Everyone looks like smurfs! All the photos are fine. It is so frustrating and I made these as gifts that I have to deliver in 2 days! SOMEONE PLEASE HELP
