How to add $ and lock a cell with the keyboard?

In Excel I can press F4 to add the $ to the row and F4 to add the $ to the column so I can lock the cell.

Is there a similar keyboard shortcut in Numbers?

I think the shortcuts I have learned in Excel are the main missing I have at the moment with Numbers. I am not as productive as I am in Excel. However it would be only a learning curve problem should we have the same feautures or at least the most used in Numbers.
