Tracking interest rates in the Stocks application

Question

Tracking interest rates in the Stocks application

I was wondering: is there is any way to get the Stocks application to display interest rates (prime, 3-month LIBOR, etc)?

I'd like to make use of the application, but those are the only things I'd like to track. Any and all help is appreciated!

PowerBook G4, Mac OS X (10.4.10)

Hey Matthew,

The iPhone pulls the Stocks information from: http://finance.yahoo.com/

You may be able to find what your looking for by searching here:
http://finance.yahoo.com/lookup

If you find the symbol there you can add it to the Stocks application on the iPhone.

There are stock symbols for interest rates on the CBOT, but they don't seem to work on the iPhone Stock application.

A good workaround is to bookmark this site in Safari: http://www.bloomberg.com/markets/rates/index.html

There are many other sites that offer the same information.

This yahoo site works. You can find the symbols for interest rates under "indices".
