hq or shq? which format is better?

hq or shq? which format is better?

Can anyone advise please....i have a HD cam here with this option and i have no clue what the difference is when i look.

... read your camera's manual, usually S stands for super or superior... I guess, SHQ offers a 'better' quality... (?)

but i do not see much of a difference in quality, regardless of what it stands for is it the raw footage.

from what i read online some people are saying sqh adds false colors.
