IPod "Select" button is stuck

My "select" button is stuck in the depressed position. Of course the IPod is out of warranty. Does anyone know how to get the button to pop back out again? Someone named Onkroes(?) mentioned earlier this year that he/she had found a website that described how to open up the IPod.
