Cinema Display 20" stays dark after computer start

Hi

I have a *PowerMac 400 MHZ (AGP Graphics)* (OS 10.4.10 with 1.25 GB RAM)

And one new *Cinema Display 20"* (DVI conector)

The graphics info on my System Profiler say

ATI Rage 128 AGP Pro (VRAM 16 MB, VGA + DVI connector)

But when i turn on the Mac, i see the Apple logo loading and then, when i must see the OS blue bar loading. The screen stays dark.

I can hear ths sound feedback when i press my keyboard. But no image.

Any suggestion?

iBook, Mac OS X (10.4.3)

Hi-

The Rage 128 Pro doesn't support the 20" Cinema Display. The Rage 128 will support the 17" Cinema display (old version) but no larger. You will need a new graphics card. The following cards will support your display, and will work in your G4 (2x AGP):
GeForce2 MX, or an ATI Radeon 7500, 9000 Pro.

I would recommend the 9000 Pro for best performance. You can find the card at the following:

The GeForce 2 and the ATI 7500 are at the following:
