Cannot set background image

I have installed You Desktops and then uninstalled it.
Since then, I cannot set my background picture using iPhoto. I think there is some problem with permissions or folder structure. I imagine that YouDesktops has changed something that makes it impossible for iPhoto to set the background image.

Plase help!
