I've got a "magic triangle" type setup going with AD/OD here in a school district for managing our Macs. On the PC side, all of us in the Technology dept can use our accounts to bind a machine to the AD server.
What Im looking to do is replicate this behaviour on the OD side using the AD accounts for simplicity. I'd rather not give everyone the diradmin account information, and it'll be easier if they can just use their AD accounts to manage binding to OD.
The only thing I've been able to figure out so far through searching and reading documentation is that I'd have to just create the accounts locally on the OD server (which wouldn't work because it wouldn't inherit password changes from AD).
