Logitech MX-1000 Bluetooth Compatibility

Hi. I have a Logitech MX-1000 wireless laser mouse, and it operates on Bluetooth. For me to use it on my Windows machine, I need to plug in a little wireless adapter. I'm going to be getting a 17" MBP next week and I'm wondering if my mouse will be able to connect and be supported if I connect it via Bluetooth. Does anyone know? Thanks.

Hi Kyle,

I have the same mouse and the good news is that you will able to connect the mouse and use it without problems.
The bad news is that you will not be able to use the programmable buttons on the side. At least I haven't found a way. But the scroll wheel will work (even sideways) and the up/down scrolls buttons by the wheel works as well.
And actually it seems that the mouse uses a lot less power together with the MBP than with my old Windoze PC 🙂
