Is there any way whatsoever to get iPhoto 5 to export videos to the web? Any third-party add-on, anything?

Your easiest solution would be to sign up for a youtube.com account, it's free, you can upload your video from your computer with no 3rd party software needed, and they provide some good/decent video tools...
