Port Forwarding for Windows

Anyone know what im supposed to put is these fields for connecting from across the internet from a Windows machine??

That window is used just for description/informative purposes. Uncheck "Advertise globally ..." and you're done.

But I want to be able to access the Mac from a Windows machine while outside my network. I thought thats what "advertise globally using bonjour" allowed me to do??
