Quickbooks Pro 2007 for Mac

Can somebody advise me on running QBooks Pro 2007 for Mac? i want to buy the awesome new iMac 20", but I've read some horror stories about the Mac version of QBooks. I've used QBooks for 10 years for my small business and don't really want to change software.

Powerbook 12" G4, Mac OS X (10.4.3)

Apple doesn't include QuickBooks on the iMac in its current iteration. I suggest asking the question on QuickBooks for the Mac forum. QuickBooks for Windows should run just fine if you install Parallels or Boot Camp, or one of these other Intel based virtualization solutions on the Mac*:

However, you won't get the advantage of the Mac security when using the Windows version of QuickBooks. Someone on Intuit's forum should know how to make your migration as painless as possible to the Mac version and if there are any crossgrades available.
