Camera Lens Coating Peeling Off?

I've been very careful to protect the camera lens on the back of the iPhone and I've only cleaned it with a lens cloth when needed.

However, I see the coating is peeling off. Has anyone else noticed their lens coating peeling off?

Mine is too. Seems there is a color correcting coating on the lens, and it appears 'cracked' but really it has worn off somehow in certain areas. You need to look at the lens with a light reflecting on it to see the coating difference in color.

I haven't been able to tell if it shows up in pictures, but my brothers lens on his looks to be completely coated still.

Also noted his lens is set back a little more than mine.

Never used any cleaner on the phone either. usually just a damp (water) terrycloth towel.

Thanks for this post. Seems to be a protective coating that comes off with some iKlear, pictures are more robust.
