How do I make aqua effect logo

Hi,

I know this doesn't have anything to do with motion, but the adobe forums are almost useless, and I figured almost everybody that uses motion, has used adobe illustrator or photoshop also. So heres my question.

I am making a logo I want the logo to have an aqua effect similar to the itunes icon, or the office for mac icons. Is there an easy way to do this, and with what program.
