iTunes only showing 5 podcasts at a time

iTunes is only showing 5 of my most recent podcasts. Each time I upload a new podcast to iTunes, the oldest listed podcast is removed. What do I need to change, so that iTunes lists more than 5 podcasts at a time.

I'm assuming your podcast is created from a blog? You might check the settings in your blog as most of them default to creating rss feeds and podcast feeds that only list the last 5 or 10 episodes.
iTunes doesn't care, you could have 100's of episodes. It just reads your XML file.
Since your feed only has 5 or 10 episodes, iTunes will only list those episodes.

Unfortunately, I'm not that familiar with iWeb, but it apparently has it's quirks.
A quick search of the iWeb support pages on Apple's website finds this:

http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=305941

*iWeb: RSS feed may not show all entries of a blog*
Issue

*The RSS Feed for a published blog may not show all the entries.*
*Products affected*

** iWeb*

Solution

*You can have up to 50 entries displayed as part of your blog's RSS feed.*

*1. Go to your blog summary page and open the Blog and Podcast Inspector.*
*2. Click the RSS button in the Inspector.*
*3. In the Blog section, set the "Number of excerpts to show" option to the number you want, up to 50.*

Seems like iWeb is limited in its abilities.

Looking at your feed's XML code, it is still only listing 5 episodes, so iTunes is only showing those 5 episodes. Looks like you still need to resolve the 5 episode limit that iWeb seems to be imposing on you.

Yes. You could create a new feed with GarageBand or any number of podcast RSS itunes aware feed creation applications. You would then need to host it and your episode files on a server that is publicly accessible. The tricky part would be changing your iTunes to look at your new feed URL. You will have to modify your old iWeb created feed XML to add a specific tag <itunes:new-feed-url> to point iTunes to the new URL.

Well...that's the magic question. There is no limit as far as I know with RSS XML, there have been iTunes podcasts that have had 1000+ episodes in them.
The limitation is being imposed by the software you are using to create the XML file.
You might look into alternative software to create your feed (such as FeedForAll) or write it by hand... Once you have the initial skeleton of your XML setup it's a matter of duplicating your last <item> by copying and pasting your last and then modifying the <title> and url and such. The automated "wizard" based tools take a lot of the guess work out though.
