Ringtones now an option, how do I do it?

In case you all haven't noticed with the whining about the price drop, you can now add custom ringtones to your iPhone. The option is there under iTunes, I just don't know how to do it yet. Can anyone educate me on that?

Also, who else is excited about being able to have the iTunes store right there on your iPhone so you can by music while you're away from your house? Sweet I think.

I am not excited about the itunes on the iphone b/c I rarely use itunes to buy music but now that ihave it on the go i guess I might use it once in a while...

The option for ringtones is present but not yet available. Apple has not yet updated its catalogue to include the songs that will be converted to ringtones. You'll still have to wait.

Where on iTunes does this show up after the 7.4 update? I have been looking and cant find it. Can you only see it after your phone is connected?

I took a quick look and didn't located a ringtones link but I did an iTunes search with ringtones and a short list appeared. You select one for purchase just as when purchasing any song and the new iTunes has a ringtones tab. You can sync or transfer all available ringtones or select ringtones to the iPhone and then sync.

Connect your iPhone and under the different "syncing" tabs (music, pictures, i.e.) there is a Ringtone tab.
