Differences between iPhone & iTouch

Does the iTouch offer anything the iPhone doesn't other than an extra 8 gb? Thanks.

the reason it is on the iPod Touch and not the iPhone is because the iPhone is only avaliable in the US, and since English is the country's language it only comes in English (for now)...the iPod Touch will be released worldwide so it is localized in several different countries

That was a bonehead move by Apple, as there is no official language in the United States, hence why forms and ballots must be translated into the many different languages of the land.
