Final Cut Pro 6 application won' t open

Final Cut Pro 6 application won' t open

Just installed Final Cut Studio II, but my Final Cut Pro 6 app. won't open due to an error when it's loading the Audio Filters. (Syncrosoft License Control- Error CSR application) It forces me to abort.
Please help...

There have been tons of recent threads about FCP6 failing to open so try searching for some of them. Might find a decent suggestion.
Meantime, find that folder of filters and temporarily move it to the trash.

I don't know a quick fix besides re-installing FCS2 as I just did because of the same issue today. Also make sure you trash any older FC5 preferences from the home/library/preferences/com.apple.finalcutpro.plist and from the Final Cut User data folder and there is three or four (pedending on if there is a FC5 Pref still in there) inside you need to trash.
