Can Numbers Print Multiple Sheets?

Hi,

I have a Numbers document with 13 Sheets, out of which I only want to print 11. I can't find a way in Numbers to print more than one sheet. Does this mean I have to export each page individually to PDF and then combine them in Pages? What a pain!

If you create a desktop printer (Open the print utility and select create desktop printer) you can then drop a Numbers document and print all the sheets in the document. I don't know how to automatically print some but not all the sheets.

There's a simple method, but it has limitations:

1. customize the toolbar and add the Print icon.
2. click it.

What happens is the entire document (all sheets) gets printed, but all with the page layout orientation of the last sheet (go figure), so any sheets with alternative layouts get clipped.
