How can I secure my voicemail?

Here's the problem I'm having: I lock my iPhone via a password, but when the iPhone's "Emergency Call" button is pressed, it bypasses the password (as it should) - but if my own phone number is dialed from my own iPhone, it takes me straight to voicemail and does not prompt or require any passwords to listen to messages, delete, change settings, etc.. Obviously this is a big problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

A potentially big problem with a nice and easy fix.

1. Dial into your voicemail.

2. Tap 4 for personal options.

3. Tap 2 for administrative options.

4. Tap 1 for password.

5. Tap 2 for the option to turn the password on or off.

6. Tap 2 to turn password on.

Each time you dial into voicemail from now on, you will have to dial your 4 digit password to access it. This does not affect Visual Voicemail at all.

To turn the password back off, repeat these steps, but tap 1 in step 6.
