Ringtone Wont Sync to iPhone

I created and purchased a ring tone using my "authorized" computer. The ringtone has been downloaded and I can see it in the Ringtones Library. When I sync my phone to my computer I get the following message "Seeing Things" was not copied to the iPhone because you are not authorized to play it on this computer." All of my iTunes music purchases have been downloaded to this computer in the past and it's the only computer that is authorized. Help.
