No Label Templates in Pages,

I wish there were some label templates in Pages, at least the most common layouts for labels. I've tried to create my own using cells, but that just won't work. I could use address book, but it won't give an editable template. Some how I feel that pages just falls short of a real creation tool. I mean Microsoft word has most Avery label templates, why hasn't apple done the same for the users of Pages?
