iPhone Email Setup for Optimum Online webmail

Hello,

I could use some help in figuring out the config settings for Cablevision's Optimum Online email service.

Is it POP3? IMAP?

Where can I find the information needed for the incoming and outgoing server fields?

Any help is appreciated, sorry to be so remedial with this question.
