Iphone ringtones won't sync

I created 2 rintones for my Iphone and when I try to sync them I get an error message that says the 2 files were unable to be loaded to the phone as they are not authorized for use on this computer. If I sync my phone without the ringtones it works fine. The 2 ringtones were made through itunes using songs that had the ringtone picture on them. I also have the latest versions of itunes and the iphone software. Any ideas or help?
