do you currently sync your blackberry to your mac? you can also look through the following link

once you sync your blackberry to your mac, you can then sync your iPhone to the address book and you should have your contacts

I paired the blackberry with my computer (using Bluetooth) and sent the contacts file to my Mac via Bluetooth. I comes over as a vCard and imports right in the Address Book.
