Help. Can't submit my feed url

I submitted a feed as an rss.html and the feed was not updating so I removed it. I renamed the feed on my site and I'm trying to resend it for aprroval in the iTunes store, but I keep getting an error message saying the feed has already been submitted.

Can anyone help me out here?

does no one know what to do in this case? Is there someone at apple I can contact to get this resolved?

You need to officially request from Apple that the podcast be removed from iTunes. When they notify you that it has been done, then you can resubmit your new feed for approval and start over.

I removed the feed via the remove feed in the report a concern link. It has been 3 months since I did this. Is that what you went by "officially request from Apple that the podcast be removed from iTunes."

If not, where would I go to do this?

It says that the feed has been removed already, but then when I try to re-submit it, it says That it has already been submitted.
