How do I hook up my Apple TV to my plain old TV?

I don't have a widescreen yet and would like to use my Apple TV with my older tube TV - what cable hook-up is going to work? I was told it was possible but the picture quality will be compromised, which I don't mind for now. Anyhelp would be appreciated!

ibook G4, Mac OS X (10.4.4)

You need to purchase either a "component to RGB", or a "component to S-Video", or a "component to composite" video converter (listed best to worst), depending on what type of input is available on the TV. Typically such a converter costs around $100.

Not my company -- I'm retired (g).

Good luck with the converter (I almost ordered it myself and then decided to bite the bullet and buy a cheap widescreen LCD instead).
