Are all iPhones made in China? I purchased my iPhone and when I got the FedEx tracking info it said the phone shipped from a province called SHENZHEN to SHENBAOAN to Alaska, Minneapolis and finally New York. Wow, my iPhone just traveled half the world!
PowerMac G5 Dual 2.0Ghz, Powerbook G4 1.2Ghz, iPod 40GB, iPhone....coming soon!,
Mac OS X (10.4.9)
I was shocked when I ordered my maxed out iMac from apple.com that it was delivered from China. It didn't amaze me that the computer was actually made in China. It amazed me that they built it to order and delivered it to my house in Michigan in less than 2 WEEKS! 🙂
Wow I knew most of the products where made in china. But I have never heard of them actually shipping them directly from there. Things I order always come from Harrisburg, PA. Which is nice since it is only like 1.5 hours from my house so I get things quick.
Ha ha, I know what you guys mean, I just ordered an ipod with my rebate, and was amazed to see on the tracking form that my ipod was in transit tomorrow morning at 12:33 AM...... had to look twice to be sure I had read it right..lol
This is really what I suggested with my posting. Normally in the past, when you had an order with Apple, they would ship it from a local warehouse somewhere in the states. Now, is directly shipped from overseas, so basically your package is bouncing all over the place, and I mean literally bouncing, before it gets toy you. Hum!
