Gift Certificate Templates

I remember seeing templates for "gift certificates" or coupons and thought I would never need them...put them out of my head. Now, I am in need of them. I upgraded to Pages '08 and cannot seem to find them anywhere. I even looked back at '06...and they seem to be gone. Am I absolutely crazy? I can't think of any other applications I own that would have gift certificate type templates. Even tried doing searched for them and can't find. I though it was in the area with the menus. Can someone assist? Thank you!
