Mac to Windows Printing

My mum has bought a new mac book pro and i have been trying to install my new dell photo 926 printer onto it.
I have read on the overview of mac os tiger that the printer (if it is shared) should just appear in the printers dialog... but it doesent. The computer that has the printer installed on is win xp.
Please help me as i think it would be quite cool to be able to print from a mac to a pc (wirelessly)

I am having a very similar problem with my Powerbook G4 (Mac OSX 10.4.10) printing via wireless network through my Windows XP PC to my Canon MP800. I follwed the directions on the refereced iFelix page. I can get the Windows print queue to recognize the document coming from the Mac. The queue shows the document name as "Remote Downlevel Document." It shows the owner as "Guest," pages as "N/A," and the size as 111 KB. The document appears in the queue and then immediately disappears with nothing happening at the printer. All items print fine from the PC direct to the printer.

I had this all working before my Mac had a corrupt system file and I had to take it to the Apple store for a little TLC at the Genius Bar. I can't seem to get it working after the system files were archived and re-installed.

Any advice you could offer would be much appreciated.

I have my network setup and all is working fine with the exception of printing. I have two printers set up bother running form a Windows XP system. My Windows 2000, Windows XP, and other Windows XP computer can all print to both printers but my MacBook Pro can not. I keep getting the error "Connection Failed with error NTSTATUS_ACCESSDENIED". Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
