How to add another ipod and account to my computer?

My friend just got an ipod nano. She wants to add it to my itunes account. Is it possible to have two ipods on the same computer? Additionally, she wants her OWN ipod account. How do I do this?

Dell desktop, Windows XP Pro

The 2nd Ipod will not sync. When you plug it into the port, it charges but does sync or show "devices" on iTunes. . I have tried downloading the newer version of iTunes and get this message. Service "Apple Mobile Devices" (Apple Mobile Device) could not be installed. *Verify that you have sufficient privileges to install system services.* I have even tried to download manually using "Tools." and still get the same message. Any suggestions?
