Avery Labels

maybe i was wrong. i'll have to do more research. I went back to AW to double check and it used the database to use the templates. I could find any answers in the help section of Pages.

i guess it's going to be a long while before i dump Appleworks

In the meantime I made a template to fit the Avery 5164 (layout) using Numbers. it took a while but i won Ma!

worth a try.i'll give it a shot. Neooffice doesn't do much for me. thanks

i went to the above link and downloaded a few templates. i could not open them in PAGES but they will open in Microsoft Word. i haven't tried using any of them yet. i'll give it a shot tomorrow. Thanks for the tip.

i did that. Pages goes through the motions of opening the file but all i get is a very narrow rectangular at the top of the page.

all the responses i received, forced me by nature to investigate further. i found that you can get support from AVERY for MACS on line. You can actually pick your label, form it on line, and print it on line without the help of Pages, word, etc.
