Syncing Bluetooth Headsets,,,

I seem to have a problem with my iPhone syncing with my Jawbone headset. It just searches and searches. I have turned the Jawbone off, then back on, etc and it will not sync with it...anyone else have this problem or know what may be going on?
Help! LOL!

read the manual for the jawbone? usually it has instructions to put a bluetooth device into "pairing mode."

The most important thing to remember is that your Jawbone has to be OFF in order to be paired properly. Turn the Bluetooth on your phone on. Then select "add device" on your phone; the phone will start searching for the Bluetooth devices. Now hold down the noise shield button on the Jawbone until the Jawbone LED flashes red and white. When the phone give you the prompt, input the code 0000. If you have a Treo or an HP Pocket PC, be sure to use the hard keys to input the code.
