How can I mass delete all photos from the iphone itself

I don't have iphoto or that other program someone mentioned in a similar thread. I just want to mass delete all photos from the iphone at once without hooking it up to anything else. Thanks much!

There does not appear to be a way to mass delete photos from the iPhone.

However, if you do connect it to your PC, you can explore My Computer where you will find an "Apple iPhone" item. You can select all the images and then delete them all at once.
