New V-Moda Headphones due out soon.

I received this response from V-Moda this morning with respect to them coming out with a version with in-line music and phone controls:

"The next generation of the DUO, equipped with the
answer/play/pause/skip control, is set to be released by the end of
September! Keep checking our website at www.shop.v-moda.com for updates and
release dates.

V-Moda Customer Service"

My life is now complete....

Excellent. I guess it is a good thing that my local Apple store was out of the current version when I went in to use my $100 iPhone credit. I'll just wait a couple of weeks.

thanks for sharing that information. looking forward to more companies coming out with more remotes for the iphone. i can't stand the apple headphones but i can't stand not having a remote even more.

I read that Altec-Lansing was also going to have a version with in-line controls in August, but have heard nothing from them. Now I haven't tried either Altec or V-Moda and have no idea how they sound, but if I'm getting headphones that stay in my ear (the iPhone's don't), and hopefully sound good, I certainly want to have the in-line control I've grown to love over the last couple of months.
