my i phone froze!!

It froze on me while playing songs, as a phone call started to come in. I had to reboot manually. Not cool. Its updated with the newest it showed available. Any other solutions. I've had it freeze up at least 4 times today, Just bought it yesterday. Had a problem earlier where after sliding to unlock, opening safari, it just showed a gray background, other things like volume messages still showed on the screen but wouldn't load programs. Seems like an OS bug.

Trying to download new iTunes and its goings SLOOOOW. No iTunes on this PC at work to run any tests, updates!?

You need to press the wake/sleep button and home button (at the same time)...

As you know the phone has a few bugs that need working out still.. Before you go on and get another phone..just take the time to get the iTunes updates in it.. that should fix most of the bugs...! I suggest that if you see anything major happening or the continued freezes (after the update) within your 14 days, then go ahead to an Apple Store. Otherwise, just try and get those bugs squared away... See sometimes, from what I read in these forums..some people go and take their phones back for something that could have probably been taken care of and they end up with a another phone and a BIGGER problem.

The iPhone may freeze up once in awhile as well as not wake when pressing the home or sleep button. You just have to do a reset as stated above when this happens. Mine wouldn't wake up the first day I had it and I brought it to work. I thought it was broken already.
