All current Apple computers support Arabic. OS X can be switched to different languages by changing the preferred language setting in SystemPreferences>International>Language. You may need to hit the 'Edit List' button to show the Arabic options. Once there, just drag the Arabic script to the top of the list then log out. Next time you log in, the OS and all applications that are written with Arabic localization will display in your preferred script. If the app does not have Arabic localization, it will select the next available language from the list.

Any Mac you get with OS X will read and write Arabic without a problem. In order to input Arabic, you will need to go to System Prefs/International/Input menu and check the box for the Arabic keyboard (plus the box for "show input menu in Finder") and the select Arabic in the "flag" menu at the top right of the Finder.

If you are used to typing Arabic on a Windows machine, you may also want to download and install a special keyboard layout that duplicates this for the Mac (whose own layout is somewhat different):

the right model number that its keyboard comes with printed letters in Arabic and English that matched with the spacifications above.

You are not talking to Apple in these forums, only to other users like yourself.

I think Mac's with Arabic on the keyboards are only sold in countries where that language is spoken. You would probably need to contact a company that sells Mac's where you are living in order to find out that model number.
