Lost serial number.. What should I do?

Hello all,

I purchased Aperture quite a while ago. Because my video card didn't meet the requirment, I couldn't install the software.

Now I finally upgraded my video card and was ready to install, I couldn't find the box which has the serial number on it. Is there anywhere else I can find the serial number? If not, what should I do??

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I had this problem as well and I called tech support. Eventually, this took a long time (30 mins) I was told they could null my prior serial number and get me a new one. But, it appears that this would take some time. One possibility is to download under a different email address and I think you might get another 30 day trial. When I called it sounded as if they had not had this problem frequently.
